- How crazy is this weather? It was 70 degrees yesterday and it will be 30 degrees on Wednesday. I can already tell my allergies are going to be out of control! We are supposed to get storms tomorrow whereas the rest of the US is supposed to get a snow storm! I must admit that I'd rather have snow than storms.

- I have a new favorite perfume. You all know I am always on the prowl for a new scent. My new flavor of the month is "Love, Chloe". It is a soft, light, powdery scent that is perfect for this time of year.

- I am having a bang moment. I want straight across bangs again. I get an urge for bangs about 3 times a year. Inevitably, about a week after I get them cut I end up hating them and wearing them back in a "bang clip".

Spring will be here before we know it! Spring clothes are already flooding stores and websites.

This and That

I've been a little MIA this week. Between the car situation, rental cars, and being sick, it's been a rough week!

- When we were in New Orleans, two girls were sick. I drank Emergen-C the whole trip and continued drinking it when I got home. Yesterday I was out-of-town for work and could not stop coughing, sneezing, and blowing my nose. Well, today I woke up with a full-blow sore throat and cold. Looks like I caught the nasty Nawlins' cold!

- I have a rental car through my insurance until the car is deemed a loss and they give us the go ahead to get a new car. As of now I am interested in the Lexus RX, the Mercedes M class or the Volvo XC60. Anyone have any views on those particular cars? I believe I am done with BMW's- they are bad luck for me! I've had 3 now and each one has had several issues, so I think it's time to move on.

- I am obsessed with the DvF "Tabalah'' dress. I own 3 of these dresses in different prints. It's the perfect dress to either wear dressy or casual. I love it in these two prints for spring:

Just got back from a wonderful weekend in New Orleans with some great friends. We shopped, ate, and attended a wedding! I don't think I've ever seen more hairspray, weaves, dresses, and hot rollers in one room! The only negative of the trip? My car was STOLEN from the valet lot of our hotel. What a mess. It was certainly a bad start to my morning, but I am looking at the positive- If it is not found I get a new car!
